This little cottage in the waterside suburb of Watsons Bay was transformed into a cozy and serene family home by incorporating the natural outdoor environment into the previously closed-off interior spaces. Roth created a seamless connection between the inside and outside by creating a hole that allowed for full functionality of the main living areas. This not only increased the functionality of the space, but also improved the daily quality of life for the inhabitants while preserving the historical integrity of the beloved home.
